Zero Density Technical Support and Services (TSS) office consists of an experienced and world-class team. Partners can access the TSS team through the Support Portal.
TRAINING
Zero Density team organizes extensive training to help partners to reach full potential. Partners will be regularly updated on new features.
HEALTHCHECK
Periodically a dedicated TSS Engineer will meet with partner’s team and perform a check-up to make sure his/her systems work seamlessly.
